If you are an existing customer and you would like to obtain a user ID and password for your existing account at the bank, please stop in to a branch office or call the bank at 518-584-5844.

This application process should take approximately 10 minutes. You will need the following items to open your new account:

  • Identifying documents, such as current driver's license or US passport.
  • U. S. social security number.
  • Current account and routing numbers if you choose to fund your account from other financial institution. Please note, unfunded accounts will automatically be closed after 30 days.

For your security, the system will log you off if there is no activity for 15 minutes.

Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What This Means to You :
When you open a new account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask for your driver's license or other identifying documents.
